Arrival & Departure
All rentals start at 4pm and end at 11am. Rooms are not accessible before 3pm on the day of arrival or vacated after 11am on the day of departure, unless agreed with us.
We will invite you to collect the keys at the reception.
And if you have booked equipment, ski passes and lessons with us, we will guide you.
Pets are not allowed.
On departure
Please leave the keys at the reception.
All rental equipment must be returned to the rental shop before your departure.
